End of Tenancy Cleaning

Whether you are due an inspection of your home or are moving out of your rental property, you will be required to leave it in the same condition as when you moved in...spotless.  Let the Skruub team help you get as much as your deposit back as possible. 

Before we carry out the cleaning, a Skruub representative will visit the property to discuss which areas need cleaning. We will provide you with a written estimate of service.


Typical Skruub Clean

Every Skruub clean is tailored to each customer’s specific needs, we do offer the following as standard:

  • Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens
  • Cupboard fronts wiped
  • Floors washed
  • Skirting boards, pictures, lamp shades, ornaments, windowsills and furniture dusted
  • All rooms vacuumed
  • Paintwork cleaned

We are able to offer more services, all you need to do is ask one of our Skruub representatives. 

Fine Print:

  • The end of tenancy service clean will be carried out in accordance with instructions taken at the time and detailed in the estimate of service
  • Skruub is not responsible if the work carried out does not meet the standard required by a third party
  • Skruub will not be liable for any additional costs imposed by a third party
  • Full payment will be requested before the service can commence. 

Skruub will only send fully insured and uniformed cleaners to your home. We supply all the cleaning equipment and supplies. Where possible you will be offered the same cleaners on a regular basis. We want to be as consistent as possible and give you the peace of mind your deserve.
